Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange any article (kids or adults) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tag intact, and in their original packaging.

Delivery/shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will offer either an exchange or a full refund (processed once the damaged item is returned to us).
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
